A ceramic/stoneware owl likely made by Farnham potteries for sale with Liberty’s, London at the turn of the century. Extraordinary copper cladding fashioned around a stoneware vessel. This appears to be a rare example (copper and once seen, silver cladding) of a relatively common place ale jug.
